Samantha Bolton - 39 years old - UK

Samantha has been volunteering with the Antinea Foundation for almost a year on press relations and communication. She spent ten years as spokesperson for Médecins sans Frontières in Africa, the Balkans and the Caucase before moving to Geneva to work on neglected diseases with WHO and others. Communicating to secure marine protected areas and to save endangered turtles and fish makes a refreshing change from humanitarian and health crisis in dry and war-torn areas.
