The decline of tuna

  • July 23, 2009
  • David French, 38 years old, Responsable des partenaires stratégiques

Another reception onboard the Fleur de Passion. David chats with the local fishermen who will help us catch our shark.

They have noted a steep decline in tuna over the last 20 or so years, probably due to overfishing by huge industrial trawlers. The fisherment put forward their suggestions on how to regenerate tuna stocks.
